A complete renovation and reimagining of a grand Wellesley Hills estate set on an expansive, park-like property. The project retained the home’s historic presence while reworking spatial flow, modernizing systems and finishes, and enhancing indoor‑outdoor connections. Interiors were opened and reorganized to improve circulation and daylight, original architectural details were preserved and selectively restored, and new contemporary elements were introduced to create a balanced dialogue between old and new. Landscape improvements clarify approaches and outdoor living areas, ensuring the estate functions comfortably for today’s lifestyle while honoring its stately character.
